Privacy Policy

Who we are
MCG Clean Co (“we” or “us”) runs mcgcleanco.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions go to mcgcleanco@gmail.com or (865) 832-1789.
Information you give us
When you fill out our estimate or quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, and the details you share about the work, such as the type of job, timing or budget.
If you ask about commercial cleaning, we also collect your business name, your role and details about the property.
If you call or email us, we keep the details of that conversation so we can follow up.
If you call us and leave a voicemail, we keep the recording for up to 90 days to return your call, then delete it. We do not record live calls.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. We use it to keep the site secure and running.
We also note how you found us: the link, ad or printed QR code that brought you here, any campaign tags in that link, the page you landed on and the site that sent you. This is attached to your form request so we can tell which of our advertising works. Your browser keeps this note in session storage, which clears when you close the tab.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google describes its own use of this data at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use your information
We use it to:
- Answer your request, set up a visit and prepare an estimate or quote
- Do the work you hire us for and keep you updated about it
- Follow up about your request by phone, email or, if you agree, text message
- See which advertising brings in requests, so we spend on what works
- Keep the records the law requires and protect our business and customers
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Resend, which delivers form requests to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email
- Google (Gmail), which runs our email
- Google Analytics, which measures site traffic
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, MCG Clean Co may text you about your request and your job, such as scheduling, estimates, reminders and updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (865) 832-1789. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, do the work and keep business and tax records. Then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing mcgcleanco@gmail.com. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails by telling us. We answer these requests within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) for this website. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as card or Social Security numbers through our forms.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
