How it works
Empty homes vary widely in condition, so final pricing is set after a brief walkthrough. The starting price is listed on our pricing page.
After the walkthrough we confirm the price and schedule the clean around your move date. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which helps when closing dates, lease end dates and moving trucks do not line up neatly. Our team then completes the clean so the home is ready for the next step.
How to prepare
Move cleaning works best once the home is fully empty. Remove furniture, boxes and personal items, and take everything out of cabinets, drawers and the refrigerator. Make sure the water and power are still on, since we need both to clean properly. Let us know how we will get in, whether that is a lockbox, a key or someone meeting us on site.
